Ordering on DKT e-shop
Q1. How can I order from DKT e-shop?
A: Ordering on DKT e-shop is very easy and convenient. To start ordering, you first have to sign-up an account with us. When creating a new account, please state whether you are a Pharmacist, Doctor or Nurse in case you are a healthcare provider. As healthcare provider you will have to enter your respective registration number.
In case you are a business such as a supermarket or convenience store, state you are a Supermarket.
Once you are registered and logged-in, you select a product you need, the quantity and just add it to cart. The order summary will be stored to your account. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email and mobile phone.
Q2. How do I pay for my orders?
A: You can either pay by your debit and credit card or through direct bank transfer to DKT e-shop dedicated bank account provided during check-out.
Q3. I selected the products for purchase but the website will not let me check-out?
A: DKT e-shop has a minimum quantity order of N35,000 to check-out.
Q1. How can I change my delivery address?
A: Once you have signed up your account, you can go to My Account, where you can edit your delivery address.
Q2. Will I be charged for delivery?
A: Delivery charges depend on factors such as your location and weight of the purchased goods. You can see the delivery fees during the checkout process before payment is made.
Q3. How long does the delivery take?
A: Delivery depends on location of where you are. Usually, you will get your delivery within 5 working days. You can also track your delivery with the tracking number provided to you through your email or mobile phone. Simultaneously, you can check the progress of your delivery in the website.
Q4. Can I cancel my order?
A: You cannot cancel your order once you have paid for your order. Please ensure you cancel the order before you pay.
Q1. Can I return any products I purchased on DKT e-shop?
A: We do not have a return policy once the products have been purchased. Please ensure you cancel the order before you pay.
Q2. What if the products are damaged when delivered to me?
A: Please do not accept any damaged products that are delivered to you. You will have to send us an email attached with a photograph of the damaged product at: email@example.com We will then replace the damaged product.
