Ordering on DKT e-shop

  • Q1. How can I order from DKT e-shop?

    A: Ordering on DKT e-shop is very easy and convenient. To start ordering, you first have to sign-up an account with us. When creating a new account, please state whether you are a Pharmacist, Doctor or Nurse in case you are a healthcare provider. As healthcare provider you will have to enter your respective registration number.
    In case you are a business such as a supermarket or convenience store, state you are a Supermarket.
    Once you are registered and logged-in, you select a product you need, the quantity and just add it to cart. The order summary will be stored to your account. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email and mobile phone.

  • Q2. How do I pay for my orders?
  • Q3. I selected the products for purchase but the website will not let me check-out?

Delivery Information

  • Q1. How can I change my delivery address?

    A: Once you have signed up your account, you can go to My Account, where you can edit your delivery address.

  • Q2. Will I be charged for delivery?
  • Q3. How long does the delivery take?
  • Q4. Can I cancel my order?

    A: You cannot cancel your order once you have paid for your order. Please ensure you cancel the order before you pay.
